Abstract

The method of the current limited by space charge (steady current injection), investigated the structure of the synthetic single crystal CVD diamond that showed sensitivity to γ-radiation. When a bias voltage U < 250 V values of injection current is less than 1pA. Measured current characteristics of the structures shown stability over time. One of the structures under study can be recommended for use as a sensing element of the detector of ionizing radiation, including medical devices-clinical dosimeters.
