Raspberry Pi 3 base software and hardware system for radiation hardening testing of electronic components

To study the radiation resistance of electronic components, various sources of ionizing radiation are used, with the help of which the components of the systems under study are continuously expose to fluxes of high-energy particles. The study of radiation resistance requires the creation of specialized research complexes. Such systems are designed to select elements that do not meet the radiation resistance criteria for specific tasks at the design stage of the equipment. A system for testing radiation strengthening of electronic components based on the raspberry Pi 3 microcomputer has been developed.
