Abstract

Multiorbital model that describes universal electronic properties of a broad family of metal-halide perovskites ABX3, where A = Cs, NH4, CH3NH3; B=Sn, Pb; X=Cl, Br, I is formulated for the first time. Theoretical analysis of local electronic structure and electronic band spectrum of separate members of the family is performed.
