Superconductor spintronics based on josephson junctions with ferromagnetic layer

In this paper is shown the results of investigationrelating to the dynamics and current voltage characteris-tic of superconductor-ferromagnetic-superconductor(SFS) Josephson junctions. In particular the informationabout magnetic reversal in ferromagnetic layer with thesuperconducting current and with the magnetic fieldpulse in the SQUID is presented. The manifestation ofthe properties of the Kapitsa pendulum in the dynamicsof the SFS structure is demonstrated, the appearance ofthe sub harmonics Shapiro-like steps (Devil’s staircasestructures) on the current voltage characteristic of Joseph-son junction is shown. The presented results can be usedin the different fields of superconductor spintronics.
